Nest Breakfast Returns

By Danica Browning

This year at South Haven Schools, the Nest meals have expanded from just lunches to breakfast too. The breakfast Nest is still doing their usual lunches but will be adding on breakfast for students in the mornings. Nest decided to start doing breakfast again to help students learn how to cook breakfast foods for later in their life.

Gabriel Moncivais is the only student currently in the class and will be preparing different meals every morning starting in September. You must sign up before school starts and will receive your meal between first and second hour. Moncivais says the nest hasn’t served breakfast in most likely six to seven years.

The Nest has not yet decided if they will be limiting the amount of people who can order since there is only one person working it. Moncivais also said there will be a variety of breakfast options each week and most likely won’t be too expensive.

If you don’t have time to eat breakfast before school and still want a delicious and nutritious meal than make sure you stop by Miss Blunk’s classroom and order from the Nest!
