On Thursday, September 13, the high school volleyball team traveled to Ark City to compete against Ark City Christian Academy (ACCA). The Lady Cardinals played one game that was best three out of five sets. The girls competed hard against ACCA but weren’t able to come out on top.

Junior and Varsity player, Addison Heater said “We played pretty well but the lack of communication and moving our feet caused us to fall short.” Heater wasn’t too happy about the loss against the team but was proud of how hard some players who played worked and persevered.

Overall the Lady Cardinals played well even if they weren’t happy about the outcome. Let’s keep cheering on our volleyball team for the rest of their season and let’s go cardinals!
