The High School Lady Cardinals won both volleyball games at home against Oxford and Sedan on October 8.

Senior Aubrey Pond says, “I think we started out slow and then we picked it up, until we hit our peak and then we went downhill again but we still came out on top,” when talking about the game against Sedan. The team still only went into two sets and went on to play Oxford at 7 p.m.

The Varsity Lady Cardinals went into three sets against Oxford and still came out with a win. Senior Rahlee Colwell stated, “We started off strong but didn’t maintain our energy well so we, unfortunately, lost the second set but we were able to come together and get the win.”

The Lady Cardinals still have a couple more games left so make sure to come out and support them.
