The Outlaw Cross Country Team ran at Caldwell at KanOkla on Thursday, October 17. The high school girls won the league with Addison Heater in second place, Annabelle Burden in fourth place, Keelen Eaton in seventh place, and Makenzie Callison.

Burden, one of the winners, was asked what inspired her to run and she said, ¨My grandpa ran when he was younger and I wanted to carry that on as well as I’m a great runner and it gives me something to do.¨

A fun fact about Annabelle is that her favorite color is yellow. The Outlaw cross country runners are led by head coach Joe Halling and assistant coach Jonathan Pettyjohn. The high school girls are running at regionals at Bishop Carroll, hoping to continue to state.
