On October 25, 2024, the Outlaws played Conway Springs in Caldwell, KS. The Outlaws fought hard but unfortunately lost to Conway, with a final score of 42-20.
The boys worked together and played well, with sophomore Dalton Kelly commenting that, “We played great and we gave a good competition to the number one team in the state.“ Unfortunately, senior Alex Shore was out due to injury, as well as sophmore Maddox Pond, who got injured in the first half of the game.
Junior Coal Vanzant said, “We played really well, it was just the penalties that killed us, we lost 2 of our best players, which made us have to change up our offense.”
Overall the Outlaws played very well and overcame the challenges put in their way.
