On Oct. 22, the South Haven Lady Cardinals made their way to Attica to participate in this year’s volleyball regionals. The Lady Cardinals played against a few other teams but came up short in each game they played. Our girls worked hard throughout this season although we didn’t earn a win at regionals we are still proud of the girls.

Tennyson Dark, a junior and starter on the volleyball team, believes the team played well, but not to their best abilities. Dark plays as a middle hitter for the Cardinals, a very crucial spot on a volleyball team. Dark also states “I think we had a pretty decent season, we’re a good team just need to work on a few things.”

The volleyball team has had its ups and downs this season but they pushed through it and kept working hard at it.
