The high school band has eight kids, and they all have been doing it for a while, so it’s pretty good overall. The band teacher is Keeley Coon.
This is Coon’s first year teaching in South Haven and teaching overall. The band loves her, but sometimes doesn’t agree with her chosen music. They end up playing it anyway and sounding good most of the time.
The high school band consists of Grayson Kuchar, the only senior, junior Danica Browning, sophomores Jessica Broyles, Dalton Kelly, Aiden Scott, Sophia Trillo, and Avery Strickland, and freshman Emma Wiiest.
