The South Summer Outlaw baseball team competed against the oxford wildcats on March 27, 2025. The final score of both games ended in 0-15 with the Outlaws losing. The boys knew the game would be difficult prior to playing but still tried their best.
Aiden Scott said that they played, “Not all that good and we were not at our best.” This was the first game of the season and they are just beginning to learn their new roles on the team.
When asked how he felt to be stepping into the role of being an upperclassman, Ruger Shore said, “I feel like I have a lot more responsibility to carry out and have to be a leader.” They still have a long season ahead of them and will continue working towards their goal of doing our best and trying to make it to state.
