The Outlaw baseball team competed in Wellington against Wellington’s C team on Thursday, April 10. Although the Outlaws didn’t win, they played their hardest and took it as a learning experience.

The team has a lot of goals and hope for the season. Freshman Kody Wartick said his goal is to “get a homerun,” and that the most difficult part of the game was people having bad attitudes.

Some people also acknowledged Kody’s hard work and said he was the most outstanding player of the game. This was the first only JV game of the season and we hope to see more of their hard work. If you have the time definitely go out and support Outlaw Baseball at their future games.
