STUCO President Named March High School Student of the Month

Grayson Kuchar, a senior at South Haven High School, has been named Student of the Month for March for his dedication to his school, his classmates, and his community. Kuchar graduated on May 10, alongside his other senior classmates.

Kuchar demonstrates the key Cardinal values of Character, Accountability, Rigor, Dedication, and Spirit. Perhaps this is most apparent in his work as Corky, the school mascot, during his high school career. He was also involved in band, choir, Scholar’s Bowl, theater (including leading in “Guys and Dolls” as Guy Masterson,) math relays, and STUCO.

Kuchar’s favorite class in high school is woods and he plans to go to Cowley College to study Mass Communications and continue pursuing his music career.

One piece of advice he has for other students at South Haven is “It does go faster than you think, take it all in, don’t rush it, even when it’s hard to handle, then enjoy the fact that you made it through.”
