On Oct. 16, 2025, the Junior High Volleyball team played against Sedan for their last regular season game before the tournament. After three long, challenging sets, the Cardinals lost the last set 20-25, Sedan with the win. 

Seventh Grade Varsity Starter, Natalie Betzen, decided that the most challenging part of the whole match was “keeping up the positive attitude.” Betzen believes that being positive was challenging, especially since “if one player gets down, everyone else does too.”  Overall, in the end, she believes that the game ended the way it did because they had “given up mid-way through.”

The Cardinals played again on Saturday Oct. 18, for the SCBL Tournament. They lost each match.
