Junior High Football:  A Marvelous Win Against Cedarvale Dexter

By Sydnie Rae

The South Sumner Outlaw junior high school football boys fought hard Thursday, October 3, and won their game against Cedarvale Dexter. After a game of hard work, they won 48-0.

The boys have improved significantly and, when asked how, Carson Geockel said, “We have definitely improved a lot. We have started to fix a lot of little things like getting our hands up during handoff.” He also added, “One thing we could improve on is the strength of our defense.”

The boys next game is in Oxford, Kansas, against the Oxford Wildcats. The junior high school football boys have two games left in their season. Go and support them to help them finish their season strong.
