On Oct. 31, 2025, the Highschool Outlaw Football team travelled and played against Goessel. This game, on Halloween, bummed out many of the players, but the results were still a treat. The official final score of the game was 50-0, the Outlaws with the win.
Freshman player, Corbin Lucas, said that the game was very easy. Lucas played the linebacker position, stating that “defense” was the easiest and “keeping up with the players” was the most challenging. Lucas’s thoughts on this unplanned game was that it was “fun” but felt that “it was so dumb that they scheduled it on Halloween.”
Aidan Shore, another freshman, played the guard position. Shore was also feeling “sad” and “upset” that the game took place on Halloween. He said that he could have been “getting candy” instead of being there. Despite his previous statements, he is glad he went because he played and the team won by 50 points.
