From October 27 to November 1, 2025, the South Haven FFA traveled to Indianapolis, Indiana for the National FFA Convention. Those who attended were Emmalee Burden, Michelle Tevington, Landon Goeckel, Arallai Wartick, Sage VanZant, Kelly Theurer, Madison Ferguson, Logan Kuchar, Jace Friedmeyer, Carley Russell, Adele Helsel, and their supervisors, Breanna and Seth Stroman.
Emmalee Burden is a Sophomore at South Haven Schools and is a member of the South Haven FFA who attended the convention. Burden said that the National Convention is a big gathering that the organization hosts to get all of the FFA kids in one place and to honor a lot of them. Burden also mentioned that there are competitions that people do throughout the week that they can win and get awards for as well. They also got the chance to see previous President of the South Haven Schools FFA, Jacee Theurer, get her American Degree.
